How much do I have to put down?

You will have to put half down on any requested work done which will hold your place and go towards the purcahse of your materials and hardware.

Can I get a refund on a custom build?

You can get your down payment back up until the start of your build. Then we generally have a no refund policy. If you have a hardship please contact us and let us know what is going on.

Can I get a refund on pickups?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All of our pickups come with a 30 day money back guarentee. You just have to pay the return shipping to us and let us know you are returning them. Once we get them back and verify they are in new condition we will issue you a full refund.

Do I have to know exactly what I want with a custom build?

No. Some customer come to us knowing every detail of what they want but it is not necessary. We will help you with all the details and explain and aspect what they options are to help you relize your dream guitar.

Who will be building my guitar?

Chris O'Dee is the only person who will touch anything that Retro Guitars is commisioned to do. No parts on a custom guitar will be after marker parts and will all be hand made. Guarenteed!
