We generally use USPS to ship everything. We always insure anything that is a full guitar or part of a guitar so costs will include insurance and tracking. We will always notify you when an item has shipped and what the tracking number is. If in the event an item is damaged in shipping please take lots of pictures of the box and the item and notify us and the shipping carrier to initiate a claim.


Guitars are about $100 to ship depending on where in the US it is being shipped. Bodies are about $30 and pickups about $8. Full Guitars will be shipped with a Gig bag that comes with the guitar unless you choose to upgrade to a hard case for an additional charge or send us a cade of your choice. We do accept local pickup.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

If you received an incorrect item or items are received damaged, the item must be returned within seven business days of receiving for a full refund. Items (excluding custom orders) may be returned for any other reason within 30 days of receiving but will not have shipping charges refunded. Customers that received the wrong item or damaged items may elect to have the item replaced or refunded. Only ground shipping charges will be refunded to the customer if returned within 7 business days.

Return shipping refunds will not exceed regular UPS Ground shipping rates (not express shipping rates) to the customer’s location. Returns and exchanges will usually be processed within ten business days of receipt. When returning items be sure to put insurance on the product and get a return tracking number. Items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us are not refundable. Items that are being returned for other reasons will not have shipping charges refunded. These items must be returned in new, saleable condition. Any items that have been modified by the customer are not returnable. 

We ship anywhere in 50 United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. We ship to other countries at our sole descretion and only with prior email approval. Customers ordering outside the US are also responsible for paying their own customs duty / VAT, which will be added to your bill on all export sales and is due upon receipt of order. Customs duty and brokerage charges (for orders outside the US) are not refundable for any reason. Orders shipped outside of the US and Canada are not refundable.

Items held for more than 14 days may be returned for repair or replacement AFTER receiving email approval. Return shipping charges are not covered under the warranty. Modifying item voids warranty. Items shipped outside the US are sold "as is" - no warranty. Custom order items are received "as-is" - no warranty.
